Shipping & Returns

We accept phone orders during our regular business hours. Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, and Saturday from 10:00am-4:00pm CST at 281-999-8855, and faxed orders 24-hours a day 7 days a week, at 281-537-7760. We also accept mail orders at 13199 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston Texas 77014. When ordering, please be sure to use the correct part number, located in the catalog. We also offer internet ordering at www.tqpe.com, 24-hours a day.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders made payable to Texas Quality Performance Exhaust. We accept Mastercard, Visa.

All personal checks are subject to a 10 day hold. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. Texas residents, add 8.25% sales tax. Call for Wire Transfer information.

C.O.D. ORDERS

Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders will be accepted for C.O.D. orders. If a C.O.D. order is refused, any future order would need to be paid in advance of shipment with a Cashier’s Check or Money Order.


SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for UPS Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. All Items shipped on Friday Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery for items shipped on Friday only, please contact us for shipping arrangements.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

All items that are considered “oversized” are items that can be shipped via UPS, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30lb. package. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes on all “OS” items.

SHORTAGES

Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been backordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. Texas Quality Performance Exhaust assumes no liability after this point.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact Texas Quality Performance Exhaust for shipping quotes.

ALASKA & HAWAII

All orders shipped 2nd Day Air. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, money order, or cashiers check. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. UPS rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact Texas Quality Performance Exhaust for shipping quotes.


WARRANTIES

All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Texas Quality Performance Exhaust and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. TQPE does not directly warranty any high performance part or labor.

Performance parts are installed at the customers risk and any warranty claim must be taken up with the manufactures. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her area. TQPE does not cover labor on any warranty claim.


RETURNS

Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. Texas Quality Performance Exhaust will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that all the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify Texas Quality Performance Exhaust Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. Texas Quality Performance Exhaust is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.


SALES TAX

All orders outside Texas are exempt from sales tax. Texas residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 8.25%.
